The Cooperative Memorial Society (CMS) is a non-profit, member-owned cooperative. Our programs, resources, and pricing are designed to be affordable and accessible, and all revenues directly support our mission to provide education, planning tools, and negotiated funeral pricing for our members.
For these reasons, all purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to the details below.
Membership Purchases
CMS memberships are:
● A one-time, lifetime membership
● Required before death occurs
● Immediately active once processed
Because membership benefits begin immediately and administrative costs are incurred at the time of purchase, membership fees are non-refundable.
If a duplicate membership is purchased in error (for example, if someone already has a CMS membership or receives one as a gift), the duplicate membership may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us for assistance with this process.
Ducks in a Row Workbook (Printed & Digital)
CMS offers the Ducks in a Row workbook in both printed and digital (PDF) formats.
● Printed workbooks are non-refundable once shipped.
● Digital (PDF) workbooks are non-refundable once purchased.
Due to the nature of digital content, PDF workbooks cannot be returned, revoked, or resold, as they can be easily copied or shared. For this reason, all digital sales are final. We encourage members and purchasers to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.
