Please note plan prices do not include fees for cemetery, permits, casket, cremation tray, out-of-town travel costs or GST. A CMS administration fee of $35 is added at time of purchase. We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the summary; however, in case of discrepancy between this summary and the terms of the contract, the contract takes precedence.
ADDITIONAL COSTS TO CMS PLANS WITH MCINNIS & HOLLOWAY
The type of funeral wanted may result in the need for additional services that are above the CMS price plans. We recommend you consider your needs when selecting a plan and making arrangements. There are numerous low-cost alternatives available such as holding a reception at a private home or purchasing a casket online. You may want to write and place the obituary in a local newspaper or avoiding surcharges for holding the service during a weekend.
