Please Note: Plan prices exclude cemetery fees, permits, casket/tray, travel, GST, and a $35 CMS administration fee. A $10 Alberta Funeral Services Regulatory Board fee and GST also apply. In the event of any discrepancy, the terms of your contract will apply.
