As a not-for-profit, we partner with trusted, locally owned funeral homes across Alberta. Membership gives you access to lower-cost funeral plans and helps you put your wishes in writing.

How to join
Online — fill out the application on this page and pay by credit card
By mail — send this form with a cheque for $42 ($40 + GST) per person to:

Paying online carries a 4% processing fee (charged by our payment processor, not CMS) to keep dues low for everyone. Mail a cheque to skip the fee, or arrange an EFT via [email protected] or 403-248-2044.
Membership takes effect once payment is processed.
