Members or their designees input this information, helping next-of-kin, executors, and funeral homes honour the member’s wishes for funeral, burial, or cremation arrangements and complete vital registration documents. The registry is password-protected and complies with Alberta's privacy and security standards. Partner funeral homes have special access to member profiles as needed, while adhering to the same legislation.
Accessing Your Information
If you provided an email address when joining, login instructions were sent to you. Informing your family that you are a CMS member allows them to access special pricing on funeral plans, which can lead to significant savings. Your family can contact any CMS-partnered funeral home in Alberta to access these benefits. If you do not have an email and need to access your registry information, please contact our Membership Services Coordinator at 403-248-2044 or [email protected]. While an email is not required for membership, it is needed to add funeral preferences to your profile.
